Leadership You Can Count On
Arthur Wilmoth spent five years on the corporate side of the industry, and he did nearly every job in it — team lead, project manager, estimator, sales, and the follow-up work most people never see. Across all of it, he kept seeing the same gap in the industry as a whole: honesty and communication.
By 2021 he was ready. He had just earned his state contractor's license, he had a partner who believed what he believed, and he walked away from a comfortable corporate job to bet it all on three things: doing it better, doing it right, and doing right by the customer.
The name carries the founders' faith. Arthur and his partner are Christians, and they wanted the company built on the most stable ground there is — a firm foundation. The name is meant to give you comfort while making a promise: we will do it right. And when something does go wrong — because in life, things happen — our customers know without a doubt that we stand behind what we do and what we say. We hold the line. We stand firm.
A state-certified building contractor with over a decade of hands-on experience across the field and the office, Arthur remains directly involved in every project from start to finish — scope clarity, communication, and execution quality are his personal responsibility. Every property gets walked the same way: liabilities first, then the wishlist. If it doesn't need replacing, that's what you'll hear.
And “we are your neighbors” is meant literally: Arthur lives in Pasco County, the office is in Hillsborough, and the team lives and works across Pasco, Hillsborough, and Hernando — with trusted partners in nearly every county in Florida.

Outside of work, Arthur values the same principles that guide how he runs the company — responsibility, preparation, and long-term thinking. As a husband and father of two, he understands the importance of presence, safety, and follow-through.
